Coaching aimed for those experiencing transition – especially those contemplating or in career transition. One-to-one sessions conducted in a non-intrusive environment with full confidentiality.

Prior to setting in train coaching time, to reflect your agenda you will be offered an initial complementary meeting. This will allow you to assess the coaching programme proposed and to evaluate how closely it will suit your approach and needs. Typically this meeting will take between 45 minutes and an hour.

As a coach Sarah’s style is underpinned by her background work environments covering a wide variety of sectors and enterprises in operations and management over several decades. Her assignments have ranged from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to global organisations (public, private and 3rd sector) demonstrating a wide variety of accumulated knowledge. Accustomed to executive operations and the challenges and opportunities for those in the C suite and senior management team.

Allied specialist experiences: as an occupational health and safety practitioner, Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner, trainer, instructor, facilitator and mentor, (OSHCR registered consultant, 2011 with full Professional Indemnity Insurance)

Contributions & achievements: predominantly in developing managers and influencers to reflect organisations’ and individual’s needs. 

Focus: engagement to promote positive principles and shared values. 

Additional practice: I mentor Institute members of IOSH for initial professional development, specialist practice and enhanced status. I am an assessor and trainer in spectrum of topics to adults and young persons and volunteer in special needs and mentoring those with learning challenges.
